We treat others as we want to be treated, not how they may treat us.

Our service is the lifeblood of the organization – everything flows from it and is nourished by it.

We must not, in an effort to make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.
