Valentina joined Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy in 2025 as the Human Resources Coordinator. Before joining the team, she spent several years in retail leadership, where she developed a passion for supporting employees and helping teams succeed. She holds a degree in Graphic Design and brings a creative, detail-oriented approach to her work. As part of the HR team, she enjoys getting to know employees and being a resource when they have questions or need support! Valentina is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys jiu-jitsu, gaming, traveling, and trying new restaurants with her husband.
