Samantha Simoneaux has been in the ABA field since 2022 and enjoys working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Samantha has such a passion for helping others and their families in anyway she is able. Samantha also enjoys being able to see all the different types of personalities and interest that individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder have. She has five nephews and one niece with two of them also being on the spectrum, giving her a more personal connection to this field. Samantha has a special interest in learning more about Music Therapy as this has greatly benefited her nephews and also her personal fun fact of being able to play the saxophone and piano. Samantha also has a dachshund named Charlie who she absolutely adores. Samantha and her husband both went back to school after the pandemic to change careers and both are still continuing their education after recently obtaining their Associates. Samantha is attending Louisiana State University in their online program to obtain her Bachelors of Science and majoring in Clinical Psychology. She plans to continue her education after obtaining her Bachelors and then continue towards her Master’s Degree and become a Licensed Professional Counselor to continue working with individuals with ASD and their families.
Samantha’s Certifications and Specialties include CPR Certification and Associate of Science with a Major in Social Work (ASW).
