Renee Smith

Speech-Language Pathologist, CFY-SLP

Renee graduated with her Bachelor’s in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas in May 2022. She went on the graduate from the University of North Texas with a Masters of Speech-Language Pathology in May 2024. Renee fell in love with the field of speech pathology because it gives individuals a way to communicate with the world and express themselves! Renee values a child-led therapy approach and collaboration among other healthcare professionals to provide a well-rounded plan of care for each individual. During her time in graduate school, Renee had the opportunity to work in pediatric private practices, and in schools. Renee is passionate about serving the pediatric population and helping each individual grow. Renee is interested in furthering her clinical knowledge by pursuing continuing education certifications and specialties, including Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Talk Tools, Pediatric Feeding, and Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC).
