Qiana Y.

Qiana began her career as a caregiver for individuals living with dementia before becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Through these experiences, she discovered a passion for supporting individuals who need assistance and helping make their daily lives a little easier. Qiana is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care while fostering meaningful connections with those she serves.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, coloring, and spending quality time with her family.
