Orlando has been working with young kids in the Plano Independent School District since 2017 and during that time he had found an interest of working specifically with kids on the spectrum. During covid, he wanted to continue to work with children but, with schools shut down, there was not an opportunity to do so until he had heard about being an RBT. He has in the ABA field since 2021 and has been passionate about helping others who require therapy. Orlando loves seeing the journey of helping others grow and thrive, and he plans on going back to school to become a BCBA.
