Mica is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with extensive experience in early childhood education. Her background working with young children has given her a strong foundation in supporting growth, learning, and positive development. She was born and raised in Weatherford, Texas, a small town just outside of Fort Worth. She is an outgoing, confident person who enjoys building meaningful connections with others and bringing positive energy to everything she does . Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, listening to music, singing, and watching scary movies. She is passionate about helping others and excited to continue growing in her career while making a difference in the lives of the children and families she serves.
