Madison G.

Madison has been working in customer service for several years because she loves helping and making people smile. She lived in Mississippi as a young child, then moved to Kentucky in 2005. In 2016, she moved to Texas and has been here ever since. She has been at Cutting Edge for a year now and has had the privilege of working as a Front Office Coordinator, getting to know all the lovely kiddos, and families of Cutting Edge. In April 2024, Madison transferred to our Client Care Services department working as the authorization & referral coordinator and has continued to help our families through the insurance world. Madison is very lucky to be able to help families the best way she knows how and thoroughly enjoys seeing these wonderful kiddos every day.  Madison loves spending time with her partner and the people that love her. She is a very empathetic and loving person and is very happy to be a part of the Cutting Edge team, making a difference in people’s lives.
