Ilaria was born and raised in Italy and brings a diverse professional background in both front-office and back-office roles. Before joining the CEPT team, she worked for the U.S. government in Germany, where she gained valuable administrative and organizational experience. She enjoys creating a welcoming and supportive environment for the people she works with and takes pride in helping others feel comfortable and supported.
Ilaria is known for her empathy, her genuine desire to help others, and her ability to bring a sense of humor to everyday interactions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and the company of her cats. She also enjoys exploring new crafting hobbies and creative projects.
