Carson is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with a passion for helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, individualized care. This fall, Carson will begin an undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, taking the next step toward a long-term career in the field of behavior analysis. Carson believes that every client deserves to be met with patience, understanding, and encouragement. By building strong, trusting relationships and tailoring interventions to each individual’s unique strengths and needs, Carson strives to create a positive environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether celebrating small victories or working through challenging behaviors, Carson approaches every session with consistency, empathy, and a calm demeanor. Outside of work, Carson enjoys reading, staying active through workouts, and exploring new restaurants, events, and experiences throughout the DFW area. Carson is committed to lifelong learning, both professionally and personally, and looks forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families served.
