Amanda L.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is passionate about helping others access the care they need to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. Her outpatient clinical experience strengthened her dedication to working with children and families. She gained valuable experience with a variety of pediatric diagnoses, and her capstone project focused on school readiness for children with cerebral palsy. She strives to create engaging, child-centered sessions that highlight each child’s unique strengths while empowering children and caregivers to build confidence and participate in everyday activities. She is excited to collaborate with families and the Cutting Edge team to create a supportive, safe environment where children can grow and reach their goals.
