spencer's java jam

NOW OPEN!

Spencer Lundgren is one of two sons of the founders of Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy, Kate and Joe Lundgren. Both sons were diagnosed with autism at a young age – Trenton, the oldest, was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, while Spencer was diagnosed with PDD-NOS (Pervasive Development Disorder Not Otherwise Specified). Both Kate and Joe always had the dream of creating an environment for Spencer and others with intellectual disabilities, where they would have a safe place to interact socially and develop job skills so they are able to shape their employable skills, and also build their own self esteem in order to transition into the community.

Spencer’s Java Jam is just that. It is a “coffee house” operated in the lobby of the Applied Behavioral Analysis program of Cutting Edge, where it essentially becomes a venue for our clients to grow.
